Lasse Brurock (b.1986) is a Norwegian street artist best known for his popping colors and motifs of the Rubik’s cube. His style is recognized by straight lines and contrasts often mixed with splashing colors. Brurock spent eight years in the Norwegian Army before resigning in 2016 in order to focus on art. He also established a tech company that currently has 16 employees. The artists fascination with the Rubiks Cube is based on its complex but simple appearance. Everyone knows about the Rubik’s cube but not many can solve it. Brurock’s interpretation of the cube will be found on many large walls in the time to come - both in Norway and abroad.
